Today was absolutly terrible! Ugh! I was doing good all day untill my boyfriend gaved me a hard time about my eating... He hates it when I dont eat! So he made me eat all kinds of crappy food! UGH! I regret it so much! I know from now on I am going to not listen to anybody! I am going to eat one snack per day! The snack will have to be under 100 calories and low in carbs! I have lost over 11 pounds in two weeks doing the diet before! :) it is very effective! (if you dont cheat of cours! :P)
